There’s a whole ritual and tactile experience that goes with smoking, and we didn’t want to detract from that. [...] Nobody owns marijuana, man.

The intent of the design is to send a “green” message while understanding that everyone rolls differently; hence the various shapes and sizes of containers.

Fitted cap maker Brimlo tipped us off to their newest, extremely limited, fall release pack. It’s no secret that I’m a hat addict, and I try not to drop them on the site too much, but these materials and styles are definitely different than the run of the mill logo + black 5950 approach.

Plus, Brimlo manufactures their own hats, which only a handful of companies do.

To quote Brimlo themselves:

New Limited Release, Available 11/18 in our online store only. This pack features two new hats and is the smallest run of Brimlo hats ever available to the public. One hat features an Italian wool crown and Japanese silk under brim with cherry blossoms embroidered on it. The second hat is an Italian blend crown with Geisha print under brim. All fabric for this project was hand picked. Only 15 of each were created.

I think the Cherry Blossom cap is calling my name, now I need to go check my bank balance…

Check out 4 detailed pics after the jump.

An essential and often forgotten item in the smokers’ toolbelt are eyedrops. Few people, including myself, have taken the time to think about what brand we buy or what other options are available.

You all know the drill – go to your closest Rite-Aid, make a bee-line for the Visine and drive home happy. That was me also, until my Japanese friend introduced me to the eyedrops to rule all eyedrops.

Sante FX Neo – produced by Santen in Japan – are one of the most refreshingly powerful experiences you will ever encounter. Santen, who makes an extremely wide range of drops, rates their products on a cool scale of 0 – 5. The labelings have been made easy to understand, even for us Westerners.

The office favorite, and by far the most powerful stuff Santen makes, is definitely the Neo FX brand. First, you must be careful not to go straight to the level 5 drops. These things are powerful, and skipping the first 4 levels of coolness will leave you in for a rude awakening. It’s much better to start at level 3 or so and work your way up.

So, what are the benefits? Other than bleaching your eyes white, these drops make colors seem brighter and the air crisper. Putting in eyedrops becomes more of an experience instead of a chore. Imagine diving into a freezing cold lake with your eyes wide open. That’s the best way to describe the Neo FX – it’s a wake-up call like no other.

The only catch with this product is the availability. Made and sold exclusively in Japan, it’s extremely hard to find importers. Luckily, after some old school Google digging, an online store that stocks Neo FX has been found! So if you’ve got it in you, drop the Visine and try something different.

If cologne that stinks like chronic isn’t unusual, and pretty stupid, I don’t know what is.

The tag line reads, “one hit is all it takes.” Usually, the whole point of cologne and air fresheners is to not smell like that herb you just puffed. I think these guys had it backwards. Maybe the instructions go something like this; 1st – irritate your eyes so they’re nice and red, 2nd – apply 1 “hit” of Chronic Cologne, 3rd – speed while driving, 4th – try and explain your way out of a nice warm jail cell.

No thanks.

It’s a good thing Darwin stepped in and killed this product before it ever hit the shelves. Now if only we can get CK1 discontinued…

Peach is a fine fruit that goes well with any summer day. Turning this flavor into a wrap was a logical step and Da Bomb Blunts has done it successfully. With sweet and aromatic leaves, this blunt can compete with the entire DBB catalogue. The peach scent is spot on and its flavor has been lightly infused with the fruit’s essence. These aspects combine to create one well-rounded experience. All in all, it’s hard to go wrong with this wrap.
