Sig. Ventura è un sostenitore medico documentato della marijuana, così chiunque che salta alla conclusione che è giusto affrontando un soggetto di alto-profilo per un certo fotoricettore positivo si sbaglia. Verific la a bio- corto e la sua approvazione enfatica verso l'uso del POT medicinale.
Chiunque non è d'accordo con le sue osservazioni? Sappiamo.

2 marzo 2007 vicino AlexQuesto video realmente mette nella prospettiva come un avvocato sicuro, Allison Margolin, sta provando a rendere il sistema legislativo meno nocivo per i pazienti e i caregivers medici della marijuana. Spiega i timori connessi con avere un'autorizzazione della marijuana e/o che cosa da fare una volta rotto dalle autorità.
Realmente è l'avvocato che più dopest abbia conosciuto mai. È non solo un avvocato ma anche un paziente. Messo quello in vostro tubo e fumilo!
L'asa cita il governo degli Stati Uniti per gli errori del POT

Mentre possono leggere, un movimento legale importante è stato presentato vicino Americani per accesso sicuro contro il governo degli Stati Uniti. Hanno cambiato intelligentemente le tattiche via dalla forzatura degli Stati Uniti decriminalize la marijuana, ma preferibilmente ammettono che la fanno classificare inesatto.
Per le decadi, gli Stati Uniti stanno ignorando gli studi scientifici fondamentalmente provati (non accennare le migliaia degli affidavit del sufferer) che si solidifica la marijuana di posizione è un trattamento medico legittimo.
Joe Elford, consulente legale principale per gli Americani per accesso sicuro, ad esempio il più bene esso:

Michigan Legalization Movement for 2008

The measure, which aims to be placed on the 2008 Michigan ballot, would allow a resident to use weed for medical or recreational uses. The recreational use would have to take place on private property and only be allowed for those 18 and older. Smoking in public places is still liable to a civil infraction of up to a $50 fine.
The measure needs to gather 304,000 signatures within a 6 month period. A slightly different measure attempted to get on the 2006 ballot, but did not have all the signatures required. Let’s hope that with a fresh start, and some nice legal momentum, this new measure will grab enough of a foothold to be put up for vote.

Colorado Mid-Term Results: No Go on 44

Looks like weed smokers won’t be converging on Colorado as the mecca of marijuana any time soon. SAFER Colorado was handed a defeat in their campaign to make up to one ounce of weed legal for the personal use of 21+ year olds.
Still, Mason Tvert - the SAFER’s campaign director - has taken it in stride and had this to say:
It’s quite clear that a number of people in Colorado are in agreement that marijuana prohibition is not working. We think this is the first step in a 5- to 10-year process.
He added that it’s going to be a tough battle to change 75 years of marijuana prohibition overnight, but SAFER is up to the challenge.
I agree with Mason in that I believe this is the beginning of a slow, uphill struggle. The bright side is that the ball has started to roll and is gaining size and speed with each day.

Marijuana Reform Breakdown

TalkLeft has put together a nice, quick breakdown of the upcoming marijuana reform initiatives that are taking place in Colorado, Nevada and South Dakota. This years’ mid-term elections are not only important because of the obvious Democrat vs. Republican struggle, but also because these measures might be the first steps toward legalization.
Public opinion is starting to swing in many states. Organizations like LEAP and SAFER Colorado are doing their part to improve awareness and promote the benefits of herb rather than the demonization and scare tactics employed by the US government.
Overall, even if these measures don’t succeed (and I sure as hell hope they do), I still believe we are on the path towards a more intellectual approach to smoking. When you compare the benefits and drawbacks against many other legal substances in the US, it’s hard to argue otherwise.
