Meth Addict Builds Lab at Funeral Home
January 12th, 2009 by Perry
In a move that can only be made by someone surrounded by dead people, 43 year old Robert Lee Lewis was recently arrested in Arkansas for trying to convert the basement of the Walnut Ridge Funeral Home into a meth lab. A detective who works out of the local sheriff’s department, next door to the funeral home, saw a light on in the basement after hours and went to investigate.
When he walked over to check it out, he realized he was looking at a meth lab “to be” that was only hours away from being up and running. When Lewis returned to his place of employment, he was arrested in connection to the drug paraphernalia.
As far as ideal meth lab locations, I’d choose the scenic woods of Oregon, fresh air and not within spitting distance of the law.
WalMart State Goes Green, Sort of
October 7th, 2008 by Perry
It was only matter of time before Arkansas – the state that produced our only jazz-playing, weed-smokin’, intern-fornicating president – went green.
The Fayetteville Police Department says misdemeanor marijuana possession is already a low priority for the department.
Lt. Terry Hastings with the Little Rock Police Department says most agencies don’t actively go after people with small amounts of marijuana. Instead police make these arrests when going after other crimes. Still Lt. Hastings says making any amount of marijuana possession legal is a bad idea.
“A lot of our homicides have been tied back to Marijuana, marijuana sell and distribution, so it is a problem,” says Hastings.
Yeah, but that’s kind of circular logic, Officer Hastings. If sale and distribution were legal, it wouldn’t be run by criminal organizations, YOU STUPID ASSHOLE. I’m sorry. I just get tired of screaming the same thing over and over again at retards.
