Kulu: Rei Tamanho
Janeiro 29o, 2007 perto Alex

| Recap theFreshScent do produto | |

| Categoria | Blunts |
| Companhia | Bomba de Da |
| Feito dentro | República Dominican |
| Pros | Cheiro claro da uva-do-monte |
| Cons | Vinco no envoltório |
| Preço | $1.50 |
| avaliação do tFS | 8.0/10 |
What they do have is a quality leaf that burns slow and smooth.
Surprisingly, when lit, this blunt gives off a strawberry like aroma. It doesn’t necessarily taste like blueberries but still makes the whole smoking experience a good one. There are plenty of ways to go wrong with a blunt wrap but Da Bomb Blueberry is a more than solid choice.
Juicy Jay’s: Orange
January 24th, 2007 by Tim
Juicy Jay’s is a heavy hitter in the papers industry, so you know their offerings are going to cover the basic flavors: strawberry, blueberry, and (of course) orange.

| Company | ZenSmoke |
| Made In | Spain |
| Pros | Smokes well, better glue |
| Cons | No real taste or smell |
| Price | $2.49 |
| tFS Rating | 7.0/10 |
The glue has a sweet taste and bonds very well to lock in the air tight seal. Each pack is regular Juicy’s style, sized at 1¼” and holds 32 leaves.
Per usual, the smoke’s smell is as unidentifiable as the taste. Nothing really jumps out, it’s your typical Juicy Jay’s offering. Being as big as they are, I’d like to think they’d have the potential to excel in this department but these papers fall slightly short with this basic fruit flavor.
Cyclones: Honey
January 22nd, 2007 by Alex
It’s Monday morning, so let’s start this week the right way with a blunt wrap review. I didn’t want to kick us off with a normal-style blunt, but instead something a little different - Cyclones.

| Category | Blunts |
| Company | Zensmoke |
| Made In | Philippines |
| Pros | Pre-rolled |
| Cons | No flavor, bad taste |
| Price | $1.00 |
| tFS Rating | 3.0/10 |
Now that we’ve covered the basics, let’s move on to the details. First, they are extremely convenient and easy to roll. As long as you have a grinder ready, these take less than 2 minutes to pack nicely and take out the door. Other than usability, the honey smell is relatively on point, but that’s where the good features end.

Complete patent pending Cyclones schematic.
The most important aspect of these wraps is that they don’t taste like honey. They taste more synthetic than anything I’ve encountered in a long time. What’s worse is they eventually start tasting bad. Almost like there’s some sort of acidic film in your mouth and on your lips. This has to improve in future versions.
Cyclones wraps also add a level of harshness to your smoke. The treatment and texture of the leaf itself is considerably different than that of Juicy Jay’s, Blunt Wrap or Da Bomb Blunts. This is due to the fact the leaves need to be hardened and dried so they maintain their cone shape.
There are going to be some people out there who don’t agree with this, but Cyclones Honey are one of the worst blunts we’ve tested so far. Being convenient is a positive, but not at the price it costs. I hope other flavors bring more to the table for the next pre-rolled blunt review.
Blunt Wrap: Gin & Juice
December 21st, 2006 by Alex
For some reason, alcohol-flavored blunts seem to be popular with manufacturers these days. Blunt Wrap has thrown their own version into the mix with their Platinum Gin & Juice flavored wrap.

| Pros | Good packaging |
| Cons | Low on flavor |
| Price | $1.50 |
| tFS Rating | 6.0/10 |
The wrap smokes fine. No surprises really - it burned evenly and the smoke wasn’t harsh. The blunt didn’t give off any distinct taste or aromas while burning. Overall, this one falls short. Gin & Juice is a tough flavor to replicate and the technique definitely hasn’t been mastered yet.
Bongs Not Bombs

Here’s a cool piece of apparel for the ladies. Printed on American Apparel stock, some might call this hippie gear. I call it awesome.
Looks like it might be an old design, but you can still get the shirt in size medium. Hopefully, a re-print will happen soon enough.
Marijuana “Street Terms” Poster
December 8th, 2006 by Tim
LA Pop Art is selling an exclusive marijuana leaf poster created by using the official U.S. Government list of 647 marijuana “street terms”.
As described by LA Pop Art:
So you think you have heard every name out there for Marijuana?? Some are funny, some creative and some are out there - but what people dont know is that the United States Government keeps an official list of all these names. And surprisingly enough over the years, this official list has grown to a shocking 647 official “street terms” for Marijuana.
Upon discovering this list, we here at LA Pop Art felt that we had a “responsibility” to you - our customers - to turn this list into a big ass Marijuana leaf. Enjoy!!
The poster is currently offered at 24″ x 30″ with a $13.99 price tag. Not a bad investment if you commonly find yourself staring at blank walls and going crazy with eye-bleeding boredom.
A novelty item like this will definitely jazz up some of that bleakness. Plus, if you have parents, it’s an educational tool. Right?
Juicy Blunts: Pear
December 8th, 2006 by Alex
Earlier this week, tFS handed out a 6.5/10 blunt rating - our lowest yet. Well, that record isn’t going to stand for long because a new crown holder has shown up.
| theFreshScent Product Recap | |
|---|---|
| Category | Blunts |
| Company | ZenSmoke |
| Made In | Dominican Republic |
| Pros | Easy to Roll |
| Cons | Everything else |
| Price | $1.00 |
| tFS Rating | 5.0/10 |
The wrap smell? Nothing like pear, completely synthetic. The wrap taste? None. Taste of the smoke? None. Smell of the smoke? Nothing like pear. That’s about as bad a job as you can do on a high-end, flavored wrap. Juicy is almost always pinpoint with their aromas, but need to seriously go back to the drawing board on this one.
To get a 5.0/10 rating there needs to be absolutely no resemblance to the flavor on the packaging. If you think about it, that’s pretty damn hard to do. The only positive I can say is that atleast the leaf didn’t taste bad, it just didn’t taste anything like a pear.
Hopefully, our next review has a much more positive tone.
