It’s always extremely hard to write an about page. If you’ve been reading this site since it began, you’ve probably noticed this particular part of tFS has been revised over 5 times. What do you say when trying to sum up yourself and why you do what you do? There just isn’t a right answer to that question.
theFreshScent was started because we noticed a large gap in the counter-culture coverage online and in print. Everything was either insanely liberal, pro-drug ranting or conservative, make-facts-up-as-they-go judgementalism. We saw an ability to create something that has light-hearted pictures, serious political reports and everything in between.
We’re not here to tell you what to think or to tell you to do drugs. You learn as you move forward in life that there’s a middle ground to everything. We’re here to make a site that we’d visit if it was created by someone else.
Times are changing, information is more readily available to everyone around the world and we want to do our part to get people to think a little more about certain aspects of life and have some fun while doing it.
