DMV Changes Policy on Medical Marijuana
March 4th, 2009 by Perry

The DMV recently changed its tune regarding medical marijuana, clearly stating that someone is not to lose their license unless they are caught driving while high on the substance
The change is the result of several recent lawsuits, the DMV has seen lately requesting that it respect state laws regarding medical marijuana.
The DMV says they have always felt this way, but just now got around to writing out the policy change — BULLSHIT. Prior to the change, the DMV could use a federal loophole regarding marijuana to arbitrarily revoke someone’s license for being a patient, which it actually did on several different occasions.
Again, the lesson of the day: Nothing is more evil than the DMV.
