Medical Marijuana: Strawberry Skunk

I came across a great little gem the other day and it goes by the name of Strawberry Skunk. This sativa provides a nice relaxing body high right from the start.

theFreshScent Product Recap
Strain Strawberry Skunk
Type Sativa
Pros Great body high
Cons Short lasting
Price $25/g, $70/8th
tFS Rating 7.0/10

The leaves are not that stinky but do have a heavy spread of crystals. The purple isn’t very distinct but there is a light green tint that looks nice and is evident in each bud. When the bud is broken up, there is a high-skunky smell that is overpowering.

This bud hits the body including arms, hands, legs, and feet perfectly. It is an intense high for about an hour, then easing into a nice feeling of relaxation. This plant is quality, but it could definitely last longer.

Strawberry is a true gem to come across and helps make the night a relaxing one. I am usually not a big fan of sativa’s, however, this bud is helping change that.

I need a little, er, inside dope. I’m a novelist, got a few books published. I need to figure how much someone might spend on medical marijuana in six months: this is someone with a chronic illness in his -final- six months, and needing a good deal of relief.

Any ballpark figure would be fantastic.

Well, there are a lot of factors that might affect how much someone would spend during their last 6 months, the least of which being what sort of disease the character is suffering from. Let’s go through a couple of scenarios and you choose whatever works best:

    1) Low Cost: Buying a gram at a time isn’t efficient, so let’s say that the character isn’t rolling in cash and spends about $50 an 1/8th while smoking a medium amount, let’s say 2 1/8th’s a week (7 grams a week or 1 gram a day). That’ll come out to $400 a month and $2400 over 6 months.

    2) Medium Cost: The character is buying higher-grade medical and smokes a medium-to-high amount. Let’s say around $60 and 1/8th at around 3 1/8ths a week (~11 grams a week or a little over 1.5 grams a day). That’ll come out to $720 a month and $4320 over 6 months.

    3) High Cost: The character is buying the highest possible grade of medical and smoke an unusually large amount. Let’s say $75 an 1/8th at around 4 1/8ths a week (~15 grams a week or a little over 2 grams a day). That’ll come out to $1200 a month and $7200 over 6 months.

I’ve kept the math pretty basic, it changes if your character decides to buy larger amounts at once (quarters or beyond). I hope this helps, and let me know the name of the book!

No title yet–this is a bit of a departure for me, and I’m currently working up chapters for approval. My previous novels are thrillers, though, and this is … something different.

I can’t believe how much you pay. In Victoria, BC Canada I pay $10 a gram at my club for Organic marijuana. I get all the best strains as expected. You are getting SCAMMED!
