Crazy Eyed Killaz

Just in case we have any readers with serious delusions, this post shows that not everyone who smokes pot is a mellow do-gooder.

Mitchell Johnson (crazy looking kid #1) and Justin Trammell (crazy looking kid #2) were arrested early January in northwestern Arkansas with weed and a loaded gun.

Why did I bold the loaded gun part instead of the usual drug terms? Maybe because each one of these guys has been convicted of seriously violent crimes and neither one of them is 25 years old yet.

Mitchell Johnson was one of the two kids convicted in the 1998 Jonesboro school massacre. Mitchell and a classmate shot and killed 5 people and wounded 15 others. Their sentence? Confinement until the age of 21 - a punishment that absolutely doesn’t fit the crime.

Our other contestant, Justin Trammell, was convicted of murdering his father with a crossbow in 1999.

This is pretty much the definition of a gruesome twosome and all of us are lucky they’re off the streets before anyone could be hurt or killed. In this case only, I’m glad the drugs I try to protect will aid in adding jail time to some well deserved prison sentences.

Alex Says: January 25th, 2007 at 1:12 pm Amanda, The best thing about comments and judgements is when they’re backed up by something like this: Michael Trammell, 38, of Benton County, died Sept. 26, 1999, after an arrow from the crossbow pierced both of his lungs. Justin fired the fatal bolt when his father interrupted him as he was planning to run away from home. Justin Trammell pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in June 2000. Or something like this: You should also know that this is not Trammell’s first run-in with the law since his release fom prison. He’s been arrested for things like possessing an altered driver’s license and for public intoxication. He’s also been investigated for terroristic threatening. Maybe your sister should have left child rearing to the professionals?

I don’t know Mitchell “crazy kid # 1″personally, but I do know Justin Trammell “crazy kdi # 2″, what is this bs. Judging by the comment made by the aunt, being a crazy may just run in the blood. And for Amy, “Ya mabey Justin hasn’t made some great life decesions”. I guess I have to agree with you, shooting my dad in the lungs with a crossbow, while threatening to leave home isn’t a great life choice. Not even a good one.

   
   

7. fuckoff Says: June 15th, 2007 at 11:41 am First of all the fact that they were arrested is irrelavent, they should have both been sentenced to death or life in prison, they’re age should have also been irrelavent when they were sentenced after one kid shoots and kill 5 people, and the other shoots his dad with a crossbow.

Zach Says: June 20th, 2007 at 3:22 pm I agree with fuckoff….their punishments do not fit their crimes….it doesn’t matter how old somebody is….a kid who murders is just as dangerous as an adult who murders….they should get the same treatment as adults….either life in prison or the death penalty….personally I believe anybody who kills in cold blood should be executed.
