Old Debris, Meet New Debris
December 15th, 2006 by AlexWell, it just wasn’t generating the interest we hoped. This makes sense. People visit the site for counter-culture news & reviews. Not necessarily to see totally un-related items, even if they might be interesting. So, we’re taking a different approach now.
The new Debris is a lot simpler concept. We screen around 10 - 15 articles a day before deciding what is worth putting on tFS for everyone to read. That leaves a lot of un-used content floating around that no one has the time to locate. So, why let all those articles go to waste?
Everything that doesn’t make the 1st cut for tFS will be placed into the daily Debris pile. We’ll do another review to weed out (no pun intended) the articles that just aren’t worth reading and then post them up as a simple list of links.
The first daily Debris is going to drop later today, so check it out if you need a fix of more CC news.
