1,835 lbs. of Marijuana Found

In Tucson, AZ sherrif’s deputies found 1,835 pounds of marijuana in a stash house. That’s nearly 1 ton of weed! Tucson is a logistical strong point for most marijuana coming into the US from Mexico. It is taken to Tucson to be stored, then distributed to other dealers in different cities across the country.
The marijuana was found in a completely empty house and no arrests have been made. The load was hidden behind a false wall in a secret room. Now, if you go through the trouble of bringing almost a ton of marijuana into the country, rent/buy an empty house, create a false wall and secret room - don’t you think it would make sense to cover up the smell just a little?
I mean, is it surprising that 1 ton of herb is going to stink up the neighborhood? No. Drug dealers always manage to miss one crucial aspect of hiding their stash, and this one has cost them dearly.
